Job Summary:

The Customer Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing support operations, resolving inquiries, and coordinating communication between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Monitor and manage support ticket queues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Assist in developing and updating support documentation and FAQs.
  • Track and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.
  • Support onboarding and training of new customer support team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
